John 5:24-26 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;
There are some things that cannot be explained,  but one would be wise to believe!  Where did God come from?  I can’t tell you that but I can tell you I’m glad He came!  Really, every truth in the Bible hinges on the very first verse… In the beginning, God!  Psalm 90:2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.  Someone said, God said it, I believe it, that settles it!  Sounds good but not quite right.   Here’s a correct statement… God said it, THAT SETTLES IT!  It surely behoves you and me to believe it, but it’s settled in Heaven whether we believe it or not!  I’m glad I believe it! What about you?  God doesn’t need me for His existence but I surely need Him!
