Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Is it possible to over emphasize the importance of assembling in the Church House? I think not!
Can we be in fellowship with God and His people and live in direct disobedience to His word? Can we raise our children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord without walking in obedience to the Lord? Can we sing unto the Lord a new song and keep walking in our old ways? Can we let our light shine before men and maintain a dark spot of disobedience?
When the Lord saved me, He put a desire in my heart for the house of God! Psalm 27:4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple. There’s beauty to behold! We are told to worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness. May the Lord Jesus help us never ever forsake His house. We need Him! We need each other!
What better plan could there be than to meet with the Father in the Father’s house? Where will you be on Sunday? It is the Lord’s day. Amen. Pastor
