Luke 11:2  And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.
Our Father- He desires to hear from us.  When ye pray, notice not if ye pray!  It brings great joy to earthly fathers when their children jump up in their lap.  How long has it been since you took time to fellowship with your Father?  Hallowed be thy name-  our Father is Holy.  If we regard iniquity in our hearts the Lord will not hear us.  When we approach the throne of God we must come clean.  The world winks at sin.  God’s people must never excuse sin, but we must confess sin that we may have open communication with our Father.  Thy will be done- Our Father is waiting to help His children.  Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.  Our Father HEARS, our Father is HOLY,  our Father will HELP us if we will but lean on Him.  Our Father is waiting right now to hear from His children.
It takes time to be Holy.  Will the children that call Him our Father take time today?  If we will, we’ll be glad we did. Amen.  Pastor
