Mark 1:17  And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.  Years ago I was faced with a question by a man that loved souls and regularly went after them.  The question was this… If we’re not fishing, are we really following?  Let that sink in.  Jesus lives inside every believer by the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.   Is it feasible to believe that being led by Him, we can go day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, and never exhibit a passion and concern for souls?  Our great Savior has not changed. His number one priority is the souls of men.  Should that not be ours as well?  On February 22nd 1987, I met Jesus in faith and repentance.   He saved me by His grace. Oh what joy unspeakable and full of glory!
The only joy in my life that even remotely compares is seeing another trust Christ as Savior and Lord!  Are you faithful to church?  Are you in your Bible? Are you praying for others?  Do you witness to others?   If so, you might just be following the master!  What a blessed privilege to walk with Him! Amen.  Pastor
