Psalm 118:6 The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?  Moses asked, who is on the Lord’s side?  Think of it, when a person trusts Christ as Lord and Savior, the Lord is on the Christian’s side and the Christian is on the Lord’s side!   Now that’s a pretty awesome team!  So… with a team like that why in the world should we fear a mere man?  Child of God, we’re somebody!
We’re heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ!  Consider… Hebrews 13:6  So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.  In the Bible the story is told of Jesus healing a man that was blind from birth.  Though his parents knew it was Jesus who healed their son, they would not confess that publicly for fear of being put out of the synagogue.
How sad!  Hear God’s word… Proverbs 29:25  The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.  Many today are more concerned about what others think than what the God of Heaven knows!  This is a trap!
