James 4:14  Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
James is telling us that we cannot be sure about what tomorrow holds, yet we can be sure who holds tomorrow!  We have no idea when we will leave this world, yet we better know where we are going when we do!  Many think of dying as something that is way out in the future.  James is telling us life like a vapor, if we live to be a hundred,  and not many do, it will seem very, very, short lived.
Eternity is way too long to be wrong!  If you have not already done so, put your trust in Jesus.
1 John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.  There is so much this pastor does not know.  But…
I’m gonna rejoice in what I do know!  The word of God is true!
Jesus is the only way to Heaven!  He is my Savior, my Shepherd, and my soon coming King!  This Thanksgiving season,  can you rejoice because your name is written in Heaven?  I sure pray that’s the case!  Amen.  Pastor
