Psalm 1:1-2 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful but his delight is in the Law of the Lord; and His law doth he meditate day and night. Are you blessed? According to Psalm 1, there are several keys to being blessed. An individual that desires God’s blessings must be careful where he walks, where he stands, and where he sits. There are ungodly influences in the world that want us to go with them. When we refuse to live as the ungodly, it brings conviction upon them. Many will say things like… you think you’re better than me. Who do you think you are. Our lives are blessed not as a result of who WE are but solely because of who HE is! When we refuse the way of the ungodly and then receive the law of the Lord, we position ourselves to be blessed of the Almighty! In the end, we shall see Psalm 1:6. The Lord knoweth the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly shall perish. I want to be blessed, don’t you? The alternative is to be blistered!
No, thank you! Amen. Pastor
