Psalm 46:1  God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
There will be times in our life when we need help.  Often we must see a dentist or a doctor as a result of injury or sickness.
I’ve had the privilege of sitting for long periods of time in waiting rooms.  Sometimes it is very frustrating.  Our Lord is the great physician!  We can come boldly to the throne of grace and find grace to help in time of need.   There’s no waiting room!
Our Lord doesn’t have to sort out each case based on the severity of the situation.   He actually knows what we need even before we ask, but we are to ask anyway!  Psalm 27:5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.  It is comforting to know that our Lord will not only HELP us in our time of trouble but he will also HIDE us!  There’s a spot for each of His dear children… UNDER HIS WINGS!
Are you facing any trouble, physically or spiritually?  Please don’t run from the Lord,  rather run to him!  He’s waiting with open arms and has plenty of grace to help in our time of need. Amen.  Pastor
