1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.  In the days of Jesus many were blind to who He was, as well as what He was able to do.  Even though they heard the truth, and saw miracle after miracle,  they could not grasp the revelation that was taking place right before their eyes.  Physically they could see, spiritually they were blind as a bat!  Did you ever wonder about the condition of our world today?  Gospel radio stations, churches all over, Gospel TV stations, and yet it seems  mostly to be of no effect.  The Bible is a spiritual book.  To understand it’s message and to see the benefit, we must have help from the Lord.  The precious Holy Spirit is our teacher and guide.  He’s the one that showed us our NEED of Jesus.   He’s the one that showed us the WAY to Jesus.
He’s the one that leads us in our WALK with Jesus.   Without Him everyone of us would be spiritually blind.  Let’s take time today to thank our Lord for sending the comforter into the world, and more importantly,  for sending Him our way!  Amen. Pastor
