Psalm 34:11  Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD. 
We have been looking at some evidence of fearing the Lord in Ps 34. Today, with God’s help, let’s examine some benefits of fearing the Lord in this chapter.
Notice verse  7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.  One of the great benefits of fearing the Lord is God’s PROTECTION!  Years ago, Brother Maze Jackson said… “There are 2 angels that follow me everywhere I go. their names are GOODNESS and MERCY! This, he derrived from Psalm 23:6  Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
Round about those that fear the Lord there are angels camping out! Glory!
Another benefit is this… PROVISION!  PS 34:9 O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
Praise the Lord, He’s my shepherd,  I shall not want!  Read verse 10. It will bless you!
Then notice lastly… In verse 14, Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.  There will be PEACE in the heart of those that fear the Lord. Isaiah 26:3  Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.  Where is your mind, your heart, today?  If, in fact, it is stayed on HIM, you will enjoy the benefits of PERFECT PEACE!
