Hebrews 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. When it came to dealing with the Assyrians, Hezakiah had a lapse in faith, and acted based on WHAT he could see, instead of WHO he could not see. Think of this… what if David only saw Goliath? What if the three Hebrews only saw the furnace? What if Daniel only saw the den of lions? What if Moses only saw the red sea? The scripture tells us… he endured, as seeing Him who is invisible! Invisible to the natural eye, but in plain sight to the spiritual eye! Oh, how much we miss when we fail to look unto Jesus, the author and the finisher of our faith! Our FAITH, not our SIGHT! If Hezakiah could do it all over, he would trust the Lord! Our God is bigger than the temptation, bigger than the enemy, and bigger than any problem that we can or cannot see! Amen. Pastor
